Matt has spent the past 5 years of his career building, managing and leading engineering focused recruitment teams to perform to a high level. Matt has over 12 years’ recruitment experience, spending 4 years in the UK in trades and labour and the past 9 years in Australia recruiting for white collar engineering within construction, infrastructure, mining, oil & gas and renewables.

Matt is particularly passionate about building and growing the Enhanced Resourcing brand, to become an established and well regarded recruitment consultancy within the engineering and construction sectors across Australia.

Marta has 7 years professional experience working across the globe in a variety of Multinational Corporations and SMEs. Marta has spent the last two years developing her marketing and resourcing skills at Enhanced Resourcing. Marta provides support to all our recruitment consultants by creating content for our social media channels and ensuring the unique and relevant presence for the Enhanced Resourcing brand across all platforms.
